- What do I need to make a reservation?
You need to be at least 21 years old and have held a full driving license for a minimum of one year (for certain partners and special vehicles, minimum age and driving license restrictions may vary). To make the payment on collecting your vehicle you will need a credit card. Remember that on arrival you will need to present a valid passport/identity card and driving licence together with your credit card.
- Can I pay the rental vehicle in cash?
No, our partners are very strict in this regard, and require that payment is made always with a credit card. - How will I collect my car if my flight arrives late at night or is delayed?
This is why we ask you for your flight number. As long as your reservation has a confirmed flight number, you can pick up the car on arrival. Remember that some partners add a surcharge to your reservation for out of hours.
- Is it possible to take the car outside of Spain?
This will depend on each of our partners. On receiving your car rental voucher all details will be explained in full. If you need to make a special request concerning this matter, please do not hesitate to contact us. - Can I book a particular model of car?
We cannot confirm any brand, model or colour of car, but we assure you the group of vehicle reserved, and within that group all cars have similar characteristics. However, you can request a specific model and we will do our best to please.
- What will I do if my car breaks down?
Our partners assure us that their vehicles are constantly being revised and are in perfect condition, no car is older than 6 months. However, in case of a breakdown or an emergency situation, on Okayautos.com voucher you have our 24 hours emergency telephone number and also the road assistance contact number on your rental contract.
- How can I modify my reservation?
If you need to make any change on your booking, just contact us, and we will make the necessary changes immediately.
- Will I have to pay any cost if I want to cancel my reservation?
There is no penalty for cancellation, just let us know as soon as possible and your reservation will be cancelled.
- How many kilometres are included?
All our prices include unlimited mileage. Only on special vehicles there may be a mileage limit or surcharge, but this will always be notified at the time of making your booking.
- Can I collect and return the car to any office?
Of course, our reservation form allows you to select all the possible combinations. Keep in mind that some partners may apply an extra for this option although this will be indicated when making your booking.
